Wellness Consultation with Jennifer Ricupero
Let's talk about you! Some common areas that we talk about include stress, sleep, nutrition, physical activity, balance, communication, weight management, and clutter. Sessions can take place in-person, online, or via phone.
1. Your first consultation is typically 30 - 60 minutes. During this session, you will tell your me all about you. We will discuss what you value most, what your lifestyle is like and what you would like it be. We will then work together to develop a plan. This plan will include your long term goals as well as the little steps that will help you ultimately reach them.
2. After your first session, you and me will have follow-up sessions that fit your schedule. Your follow-up sessions will focus on your successes and challenges from the previous week. You will talk about what worked, what didn't work, explore why and then we will develop goals for the next week. Many people are surprised to learn that often the most productive sessions are often when you did not accomplish your goals. This is when you and me can really figure out what is holding you back from making the choices that will get you to where you want to be.
3. The length of your program will depend entirely on what you want. I recommend a program be at least 6 - 8 sessions in order to make the most lasting change. However, everyone is different. Some people want a shorter program and others prefer to have more of an ongoing relationship with their coach as a support system. Since this is about what you want, you and me work together to customize your program.
You should expect to walk away with new insights about your well-being and a healthier life.
You should gain a sense of clarity that will help you make your healthiest choices in life.
