Our 3 1-hour sessions will cover:
Session 1: We go over the equipment, your goals, any past injuries or obstacles we can aim to solve, and sample out exercises.
Session 2: We do a trial run of the Personalized Workout Routine that I have designed for you. We will focus on form, pace, control, sets, reps, and proper weight progressions. We make adjustments to the program and then it is yours to try for 1 week.
Session 3: Our last session, we go over your written routine to determine progressions and additives to help keep you consistent and working towards your goals.
