5K Group Training Program - 4 Week Running/Strengthening Classes
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-6:40pm online on Zoom. Starts Tuesday, April 7th-Thursday, April 28th, 2020.
Join me for an innovative 4-week 5K Group Training program led by instructor Jennifer Ricupero! All abilities are welcome!
The program will include equal parts of group training walk/runs, group strengthening and conditioning classes, injury prevention techniques, yoga for runners, and so much more!
This program will not only prepare you to run your best or first 5K, it will also strengthen your body and mind, and change the way you look at "Fitness" and "Exercise".
