Our 1st session, we go over what you are feeling, how you see your life, what areas are of concern to you (Nutrition, Mindfulness, Exercise, and even the stuff you don't talk about with anyone else). We set goals for each category and make short and long-term actions to start implementing now and in the future when progression is needed.
We determine any obstacles that have come in the way of your goals and establish solutions to prevent repeat habits or events that aim to de-rail us.
Our sessions are based on what is happening presently as well as any prep work we need to do to make sure you stay on track even during life events(Vacations, Work Away from home, Family, Holidays).
I understand that every person is different and their bodies and minds will react differently to methods and products, so I will be there for you to find the best path possible with open communication and feedback.
Sessions are as often as you want them, and as long as we need time-wise to make progress and find direction. There is no catch, you won't need me that long, because once you see how easy it is to be the healthiest and strongest version of yourself, you will truly know what this life is about.
After your first session, we will put together a training plan based on the support you are looking for!
Sessions include program and routine write-ups or videos and supportive email follow ups tailored specifically to you.
