Monique comes from a family of badasses. Her father is a former professional heavyweight boxer, mom is a retired police sergeant, two brothers are personal trainers, one sister is a licensed massage therapist and another is an exercise science major at Skidmore. Monique has completed her master's degree in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University. She firmly believes in the power of REAL food and exercise to achieve and maintain the best possible version of YOU!
