Kristen brings her life experiences into class while connecting the breath and poses through movement and music, leaving you feeling transformed. Yoga reminds us of the connection between the body and the mind and Kristen’s classes embody this principle. Incorporating the traditional styles and flow of vinyasa yoga with the spirituality and devotion of her Bhakti study and training, her classes will help you with alignment and structure of the poses while helping you break through the obstacles that are holding you back from spiritual growth. Kristen is known for her non-judgmental, compassionate teaching style helping you feel secure and accepted – helping you connect to your true self.
Monique Ratti - Instructor Monique believes that fitness should be part of everyone's lifelong prescription for optimal health. Exercise isn't just about looking good naked - it's about preventing disease and improving our quality of life!
Monique comes from a family of badasses. Her father is a former professional heavyweight boxer, mom is a retired police sergeant, two brothers are personal trainers, one sister is a licensed massage therapist and another is an exercise science major at Skidmore. Currently, Monique is working on a master's degree in Nutrition and Human Performance from Logan University (class of 2017!). She firmly believes in the power of REAL food and exercise to achieve and maintain the best possible version of YOU! Monique is testament to the fact that even busy moms can make the time to take care of themselves and get to the gym.
Erica Nirsberger-Instructor Barre, Yoga, and AFAA Certified Barre is a time to jam out, kick ass, and have fun. Yoga is a time to journey inward and discover resilience. Erica is a dynamic instructor specialized in both barre and yoga. Erica’s barre and yoga methodology leaves clients feeling recharged with a newfound confidence, empowerment, and grounding. It is Erica’s mission to help clients find and shine their inner awesome. 200 Hour Yoga certified at Kripalu, 2016. Barre certified at EStudio Latham, 2014. Received further barre training at Staccato Barre and Bodyworks in Saratoga Springs, 2015. Through her trainings, Erica has become a big believer in balanced workouts. All muscle groups including legs, glutes, abs, arms will be challenged with safety and efficiency. Oh, and don’t forget- Cardio comes with the package!
Leah Holsclaw-Instructor Spin and AFAA Certified "I am enough, and there is still work I want to do." As a certified Spinning and AFAA Group Excercise instructor, Leah strives to instill this mantra in the lives of her clients as well as into her own daily practices. If she is moving, she is happy. Leah enjoys all forms of fitness and is excited to share her love with others. Aside from her passion for fitness, Leah also enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and chicken wings.
Fiona Neary - Instructor Registered Yoga Teacher 200hr Certified Since a young age, Fiona has had a fascination with yoga and held a deep desire to share with others ways of cultivating inner peace. Through the fluid movement of yoga we are able to stretch and strengthen our bodies, releasing tension and stress to allow the mind to relax. Lighthearted and genuine, Fiona hopes to hold the space for self discovery and empowerment.
