We make training personal. All sessions are specific and dynamic to maximize your time and results. Our sessions are 30-60 minutes in length. The exercises, training methods and equipment we use will depend on your specific requirements and goals.
Personal Program Design: $300 Package includes 3 1-Hour Sessions used to design a written exercise program that you can do on your own.
